I've been struggling with Planet Fitness for over 4 years now. They eventually gave me up to debt collectors (Pholosa Credit Solutions) They contact me and I agreed to pay the outstanding amount by debit order over a period of X months, and paying it in full. Now after 2 years Planet Fitness wants to deduct again R250 from my account. I contacted them and according to them I still owe them money! Now Ive been calling them (Planet Fitness) and Pholosa every month for the last 2 months trying to sort out the the account. And every time they revere me to an other company that might help me. I feel this shouldn't be my problem because they assigned debt collectors to get the money. So they should contact them, not me. Now its costing me money (again) calling around and holding on forever just to be revered to someone else. And in the mean time they still want to deduct money...
