Incorrectly billed every month, unhelpful staff

I was incorrectly billed in January 2013 when I first started at the gym, they had sent out a SMS saying they over charged everyone by 10% and the amount over charged will credit my account the following month. With this all happening I went in to complain and ask for my money that they owed me and they refused to give it to me in cash.
Now that its February 2013 I am being over charged that same amount and I was not credited with the amount that they said I would be.
My contract with them clearly states that a certain amount must be paid every month yet they fail to stick to the contract that was signed.

I am going to my bank today to return any amount that is debited from my account from Planet Fitness Ruimsig.

As for the person who assisted me with joining the gym and the signing of the contract, he did not allow me to read fully through the contact as I signed it, he just told me what I needed to write so that he could Finnish sooner, to the result of miss informing myself and entering the incorrect information into their system.
I've asked several times to speak the the manager but for some reason he is never at work!!

This is not the first time!
