Thanks for the appointment of a brilliant Club Manager, Garth Robbins. What he has done for the club is commendable. The staff are so much better and have vastly improved in attitude and competency.

Garth is very hands on and has requested on numerous occasions for input on what needs to be done and changed. The problem is the suggestions are falling on DEAF ears, in the form of senior management.

We have on numerous occasions requested a second Smith Machine. If memory serves me right other gyms that I have been to usually have two Smith Machines. Constantia only has one, with approximately 10000 members this is ridiculous. There is more than enough space for an extra Smith Machine.

Garth promised we would get another one this year. Yet upon follow-up he informed me this will not happen due to senior management refusing. This is unacceptable. There was no problem charging more for the subscription this year.

They also need to provide more dumbbells. The 20kg and lighter variety. Some of the sets have only one set. With a few 100 people in the morning with only one set of 12kg, it's ridiculous.
