I was advised of the change of benefit rule regarding required visits to the gym in order to retain my membership. I advised Mr. Shabnam Bux that I am currently working in the South Pacific and therefore cannot visit the gym. He has advised that Virgin Active cannot award me visits or grant an exception for the months that I am abroad. Furthermore, he suggests that I should increase the number of workouts I am making currently, so that I would retain my visits comfortably. That is his answer, despite the fact that I have very clearly advised that I am working abroad. Question begs, whether he actually read or even understood my correspondence correctly?
