I am trying to change my 1 club membership with virgin active to premium in order to access many gyms as I am not happy with some services with the one man band I'm with. I was told that I need to call the call centre to do this and they would not be able to help me at the club. I have been trying to call the call centre since the 10th of January 2013 but in vain from early morning to eve. What kind of service is this? This is sickening!!!
