Unfortunately I have a comlaint.
I just found out that my membership has been terminated when going into the Gym and was told I would have to reapply and pay fees.
Apparently the Virgin active staff gave me incorrect information and told me that I have made the neccesary visits for the year around october last year, anyway now I was told it has been terminated and when I called discovery they told me that I haven't made the neccesary visits - and that I was 1 visit short. Now this is very disconcerning, that I have been a loyal member for a few years now and just like that I got the door slammed in my face.By the way I actually did have a lot of issues last year with my health, having colds. I would really like to know to have a good explanation for this?
