I have cancelled my gym contract with Virgin Active in the beginning of Jan 2013. I sent emails confirming this to Sunninghill Virgin Active. And was assured that my cancellation will take effect immediately. Today I see I am still being debited! I have left messages at Virgin Active and am still to receive a response not to mention the customer service on the phone is shocking, I get treated with grunts and groans, how about some use of the English language.
Shocking! and I demand my money back!
