After my contract finished with Planet fitness, I was now on a month to month contract. On the 15 of November I called Planet Fitness Four Ways and spoke to the operations manager Makobeli Kobeli to cancel my contract. I have the emails for all the communication. After some pestering I was iventually given a ref no. 12384 on the 5th of December.
On the 3rd of December they had taken R260 from my account and also a further R260 which after inquiring they said its the yearly subscription fee. I asked them why they would charge me a yearly fee 3 weeks after i had terminated my contract. They promised to refund the amount of R260, however on the 2 of January they went on again to deduct a further R260 from my account. I the contacted Makobeli Kobeli who asked me to provide my banking details. I did provide my banking details and upto now I am still waiting for the refund. All emails that I now sending to Makobeli Kobeli are not being replied.
