FELT NEGLECTED AS A CLIENT

I decided to sign up for gym yesterday at Roodeport, I was assisted by a lady called Candice initially she promised to give me a tour of the gym when I get there so I got to Virgin Active in the evening I asked for her and then when she saw me she showed enthusiasm then she immediately referred me to her colleague to come assist me with Blood Pressure, Body weight, Basic eating plan basically helping me sign up after I asked her colleague to show me how to use The bike from there on I was NEGLECTED I had just signed up to this gym I don`t know where the TOILETS are, How to use different machines and so fourth. I find myself rounding around with no direction I have these workout routine to do but I dont know what the equipments look like FOR SAKES IM NEW AT THIS AND THE SALES PERSON KNEW BECAUSE I TOLD HER so I was not showed these things like TRX Suspension Trainer, Concept 2 Rower just to name a few... SOOO DISAPPOINTED BY CANDICE AND THE ENTIRE STUFF THEY WERE SOO QUICK TO TAKE MY MONEY COULD NOT SPARE 10 MINUTES TO SHOW ME AROUND OR HELP ME #HORRIBLE_SERVICE
