Planet Fitness has been debiting my account without my permission. They cannot and will not provide me with statements despite my numerous requests and NO RESPONSE is received. In December R1500.00 was debited without permission. This is in contravention of the NATIONAL CREDIT ACT. I requested to cancel my contract and nobody has replied. I am now approaching the NATIONAL CREDIT REGULATOR and will proceed with legal action.
