I am a member of Planet fitness Lynnwood. On the 13th of January I went to the branch to find out about their cancellation policy as I am relocating to Rustenburg and they don't have the facilities there. Firstly the consultant didn't know what the cancellation fee was or what I need to do.
I couldn't understand how one can be in the front desk and not even know company policy. I thought maybe he was a trainee and I let it go. He then made me fill in a form and told me I will receive feedback after 48 hours. I waited and nothing came through. I then decided to call the branch and only then was I told about contacting the Head office via email. I sent the email 11 days ago and till today I am still waiting for a response. Can someone please assist me?
I need to know how much I need to pay.
Can the service that you receive when joining the gym be consistent because they give the best service when you want to join.
