I took out 3 year gym contract with planet fitness in April 2013 and arranged to pay them over 3 months in full, Which I duly did as agreed! All proof of payment I have... today I receive a call from a legal recovery agent advising that they want to take legal action against me for outstanding money due to planet fitness! This is totally unacceptable and I hold planet fitness accountable and will take legal action against them for defamation of character more specifically if any form of judgement or credit profile violation has been noted against my name!
