My account has been handed over to MBD inc. without anyone informing me of this. All Cynthia could say is that it is my fault that the account is handed over. The CPA clearly does not apply at Virging Active. The Act clearly states that it promotes transparency and access to information, neither of which I got. The consultant (Cynthia) and her manager (Rene) told me it was my fault and referred to letters sent to me almost 2 years back about a prior arrears arrangement which I had settled. Their tone was both rude and condescending and I am just not satisfied with the level of service they offer to their customers. I am reporting this incident to the Consumer Commission.
