Its Simple... just give my money back and stopped debiting my account. I cancelled this membership in June last year and every month since then you guys have been taking money from my account. I still have the confirmation email you guys sent me confirming that it has been cancelled so you have no excuse for taking my money. Please I never fully completed the sign up and never added you guys onto my Vitality... so please just do the right thing. And process a refund and delete me completely from your system. Your sales guys even called me again wanting to sign me up and when I told them about the problem, guess what?? they put the phone down. I look forward to your reply.
