PLANET FITNESS, I cancelled my membership due to me not being able to use your facilities for a limited time, and though I will be back in a couple of months, I thought that I will rejoin the Gym when I return, however I am actually glad I went through this process as I now realise how little you feel for customer service, during this process I have received nothing but BAD SERVICE, BROKEN PROMISES, INCOMPETENT ASSISTANCE AND THE CONTINUES RUNAROUND AS TO WHY YOU CAN NOT STOP TAKING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT. ITS A SHAME, I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER THERE SINCE 1999, AND NOW ONLY REALISE THAT I HAVE BEEN WASTING MY TIME, AND WILL DEFINITELY JOIN ANOTHER GYM BRAND WHEN I DO JOIN A GYM. WELL DONE GUYS, I KNOW YOU ARE A BIG COMPANY, AS YOUR STAFF HAVE INFORMED ME OF THIS, ALL I CAN SAY I IS THAT AM LOOKING FORWARD TO JOINING A HEALTH INSTITUTION WHERE I AM NOT BEING PATRONISED & DISRESPECTED.
