Myself and my partner joined Planet fitness a while ago. After a few months we discovered they were deducting money from my partners bank account for classes that we did not sign up for. Although we contacted the admin manager it still did not stop. Eventually after a lot of phone calls and effort some of the money was paid back and we were told that we can gym for free for a few months to make up for the money they owd us. We then refused and cancelled the conract. They have now hande us over for not paying after we have repeatedly cancelled the contract. They owed us the money but they asking for more. The best part is that the contract is on my parnters name and we made it clear not to put anything on my name. Now I've also been hande over to lawyers. Plattekloof planet fitness is a money making business and don't know a thing about costomer service. We have not been living in Cape town for the past year. Just want to warn people not to join planet fitness at all. This is not the first time this has happend.
