INCORRECT BILLING

PLANET FITNESS INCORRECTLY DEBITED MY ACCOUNT IN DECEMBER 2013. MY DEBIT ORDER IS SET TO GO OFF ON THE 1ST OF EACH MONTH AND IN DECEMBER MY ACCOUNT WAS DEBITED ON 29 DECEMBER 2013 WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION AND WITH THIS MY ACCOUNT WAS OVERDRAWN AND I WAS CHARGE A BANK CHARGE OF R115 WHICH WAS THEIR FAULT.
I IMMEDIATELY WENT ONTO PLANET FITNESS' WEBSITE AND SENT AN EMAIL ABOUT THIS MATTER. I WAS REFUNDED ON 31 DECEMBER 2013 BUT MY ACCOUNT WAS STILL OVERDRAWN DUE TO THE BANK CHARGE.
THEN IN JANUARY 2014 MY ACCOUNT WASN'T DEBITED FOR MY MONTHLY FEE PROBABLY DUE TO MY COMPLAINT.
THE I RECEIVED AN SMS ON 22 JANUARY 2014 THAT SAID MY MONTHLY FEE WAS IN ARREARS AND ON 23 JANUARY 2014 I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM A CALL CENTRE AGENT FROM PLANET FITNESS SAYING THAT THEY ARE GOING TO CHARGE ME A FEE OF R20 FOR THE REFUND THEY DID TO MY ACCOUNT. THEN I EXPLAINED THE SITUATION TO THE PERSON SAYING THAT IT WAS THEIR FAULT FOR THIS AND THAT THEY ACTUALLY OWE ME MONEY FOR THE BANK CHARGE. SHE SAID SHE WILL FOLLOW THIS UP AND GET BACK TO ME. SHE NEVER DID.
THIS MORNING THE SAME HAPPENED AS ABOVE. I AM REALLY CONSIDERING TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT DUE THEIR INCOMPETENCE. I WILL SEE IF THEY RESPOND.
