Before joining Planet Fitness some 2 years ago, I read a complain right here on Hello Peter about how a given customer had his account debited for months after he had terminated his contract. He had struggled to get Planet Fitness to stop debuting his account despite the contract being terminated. Well, I am now convinced that I need to not just reads the complains on here, however, to take the complains seriously because as we head towards the end of February, I am reminded of that complaint because I see myself headed in that direction. Having paid three months penalty fee for terminating my contract early, signing the relevant documents and not going to the gym, my account remains VERY active, with the money having been debited as monthly installments for the 3months. Visits to the club has resulted in little assistance as all I'm told is so and so who is in charge of that department is not available. We will call you. Not once have I received any call and soon my account will be debited, and not only will I have to go back to the gym to try resolve this matter, however, I will have to fight to be reimbursed any money debited. I do believe PF has THEE worst customer services.
