Billing of account on terminated contract

I have been a member of Planet Fitness for 2yrs in Centurion Gauteng and at the beginning of April 2013 I contacted to inform them of my intention to cancel my contract with them. A Planet Fitness agent by the name of Lizette van Loggernberg responded via email that I should pay R1844 if I want to terminate the contract. On the 23rd April 2013, I settled the account by paying the R1844 and emailed Lizette the proof of payment for her consideration. To date she hasn't responded to the message even after follow up messages sent. To my surprise my account has been debited a monthly gym fee of R461 on the 03rd May 2013 long after I have settled the account to terminate my contract. Sent a query yesterday to Planet Fitness and to Lizette and no one has responded to me. I need Planet Fitness to urgently terminate my contract with them and refund the money debited in my account.
