I cancelled my contract in October with written notice. I was then charged in both November and December. When providing all supporting information for my cancellation (bank statement with amount charged, proof of email sent and cancellation letter from Planet Fitness) the staff at the gym lost them. I was then forced to resubmit this a week later. While there the Club manager (Annelize) had an extremely bad attitude and blamed me for not reading my contract (without actually reading what I had signed and without asking about all of the details of my cancellation). I was actually correct in this instance. The person in charge of administration told me that it would take 14 working days to receive my money in my account. It has now been longer than 14 working days.
Unacceptable service verging on and a terrible attitude from the club manager!
