Bad custimer service

My husband was confronted by Nazeema in Albertan city mall to sign up for Virgin active. he was informed that we will only pay end of January our first instalment as we will get January free. A debit went off on my account on the 31st December, when i enquired why, they said it was for January. I asked them to investigate and to Speak to Nazeema, that works at the virgin active in Meyersdal. After about 3 calls to get feed back. nobody has gotten back to me. I had to call in again and was assisted by Norman, because i decided to freeze both accounts we have with virgin active. Today i received a call from David informing me that i am R135 arrears, i asked how is that possible as the debit order went off, and he informed me that it was for the transfer fee, because meyersdal is too far for us to travel and transferred to Southgate. this was before, the contract was signed...

Virgin active for me is just a money making scheme, when i wanted to cancel i was informed that i will have to pay a fee of over R2000.00. Bear in mind that i have not used their facilities once!! i am disgusted with your customers service! and still nobody bothered to call! sies
