I was at maponya mall and one of the virgin activef staff called me to cum nd join the gym, but becoz I felt this is wat I hav bin thinking abt then I thoght why not. Mohammed frm V A in lenesia helpd me fill the form. I asked all the questions I cud think of and he told me not to worry, lyk if mayb I wantd to cancel my membership, a month later I found myself unable to go to the gym so I called in to cancel my membership which was for 12. My monthly fee was meant to b R359, which was fyn by me bt nw wen I hav to cancel my membership im being told abt a R1658 tht I hav to pau. Which is 30% of my total gym fees nd I hav never set a foot in that gym let alone even swipe my acess card. I am unable to gym any more nd I hav my own personal reasons which I feel I dont hav to disclose wit V A. All I want is my membership cancelled because I was never tolx about any 30% cancellation fee. I was never informed so I feel tht V A should take responsibility or else deal wit their staff, in a manner tht all clients are informed wat happens wen one joins the gym or decides to cancel. Im not happy abt the R1658 tht im getting endless phone calls abt.
