I once visited the Virgin Active in my town where I was a former student, curious to see how the town has developed I wanted to see this Virgin Active. Upon entering I had to sign in with many details including cell number. This happened end of year 2012.
Today 10 Dec 2013 I have received three calls from them if I want to sign up. I currently live in Johannesburg and I am very happy at my current High Performance gym. Does Virgin Active not have a admin department? This is really bad and everytime I said "I LIVE IN JOHANNESBURG". This just shows where the interest and customers are not important. They don't listen to what you say!
I will never sign up at a Virgin Active ever!
