SORT MY PROBLEM OUT

Its really frustrating to walk into a gym that I have been going for since 2011 and to find out that I have been terminated. I was on my husband vitality and then he paid for my membership up until the 15 January (according to your sysyem). In December my husband called the call centre and told them that I have my own vital account and that I should be moved from his account to my own. it was told that I would not pay anything and that the billing would be transfered to my name. This DID NOT HAPPEN, I was terminated off the system, the ladis was very rude to me and no one could assist, I want to understand why should I be paying over R 1000 joining fees if I am already a member of the gym, if you see my records I gym frequently. This is unaccpetable. Can someone other then the Call centre assist me with this matter as I have not been to gym since my incident on Saturday when I found out I have been terminated.
