One year later and nothing. We are robbed and cheated like million others and can do nothing! See as below posted August 2012.Lots of hot air & false promises but in end customer loses. Not happy that Virgin Active did not provide sms or email stating that we did not attend Gym enough and that Gym benefit will be terminated. In 2010 and 2011 this was always sent to us. Vitality has failed to notify us on the gym visits as previously done and has terminated the membership. Nobody at Virgin Active or Vitality considers the fact that the Gym was closed for revamp, water shortages, etc forcing us not to attend this location.
Now that Vitality has set us up, they want us to rejoin under new conditions which I do not accept. We need to be reinstated immediately and given proper communication as was done in the past. The GM of Sandton Gym also removed Ab machines and false promised to bring it back as per earlier Hellopeter complaints. These were that forced us to stay away from the Gym. I await your response if this is how you plan to cheat all your customers out of pocket. Reinstate with options don't just terminate and charge penalties.
