Bad communication and Service

My Husband signed a 3 year contract 2012 and had to pay R3600 upfront for the contract. He could only gym a couple of months untill he got an sms stating there was a fire in the mens bathroom (Jan 2013). Today is the 21 Jan 2014 and not a single msg/phonecall or email from them even letting their members know what is going on. So sick of calling the call centre and holding on forever. Looks like they always on tea time or lunch time! My Husband was told to go to the next gym which was closet! I do not except that answer as he signed up to go to cobblewalk or he could have just as well stayed by zone fitness! Who is going to pay for the extra petrol and time wasted? I want someone senior to contact me asap regarding a refund!! Don't want 10000 stories as to why no refund can be given. I heard a birdie say that the gym will not be reopening as a new gym will be opening there! Make sure you have your facts straight when you phone with an outcome as i am a very peed off lady!!!
