Keeping A Customer Happy Is No Priority

Hi,

I am a Vitality Diamond Status member, have been for numerous years now. I only have a subscription to gym at VA Lonehill. I am in Centurion on the odd occasion and cannot gym their as I only have access to Lonehill VA.

I do not see the justice or fairness in paying the additional R165 to gym at another gym if I need to and when it does happen (which is minimal). Is their no chance that you guys can open my member ship to both VA Lonehill and VA Centurion. I feel as a valued Discovery Vitality Customer and VA member since 2009 something can be done about this.

Thank you for your e-mail.

Please be advised, unfortunately we do not have an option for you to have access to only to Clubs.
In order to have access to more than one Club you would need to upgrade to a Premier status.
