My gym contract is coming to an end by 31 Jan this year. I made numerous phone calls to the Plattekloof branch to have the contract cancelled; and send at least 3 emails, but all fell on deaf ears.
This morning I called their call centre in JHB to enquire about the process for cancellations, upon which the lady advised to send an email to [Email Removed] Well it bounced back, seemingly there's no such email address.
I'm wondering what to do more to attract some feedback...
