I posted a complain on hello peter 2 weks ago, the nature was that virgin active was debiting me the full amount where as i was suppose to pay half as i was a member of vitality.

After loading a complain on helo peter i received a call few hrs later from the person above indicating to me that she has refunded me the amount that was in dispute, upon explanation she advised me that discovery vitality had not given virgin active authorization to charge me the reduced amount and only i can take that up with vitality

Upon further talks and advising her that i had an email proof from vitality that i am a current paying member she then took the iniatitive to contact them on my behalf to sort out.

She advised me step by step the progress and after i sent her the email she had called me back after 1 day and told me that vitality had reinstated me and backdated my gym benefits.

I was so happy and relieved as had this not happen i would have to pay R795 to vitality again.

I was then credited with the amount i had overpayed from her including the offer to pay me bank charges (wow).

i then uplifted my cancelation and took 4 months training against the credit.
