I had Vitality on my Health. I took Life from 1st March. My company pays my Health and I pay for my Life. I asked to move payment for Vitality from Health to Life. On 1st March my Vitality didn't show on my online profile. When I contacted my broker, I was told that it will be loaded soon and my Vitality points will be transferred. This will be my 3rd year on gold status reaching diamond next year. When I looked later the afternoon, my Vitality was loaded, but it was a mess! My points were reset to blue status and now all of a sudden my father in-law is the principal member, I am the spouse and my mother in-law and husband is our adult dependants. I was the only and principal member on my own Vitality. They are in no way related to my Vitality. Yesterday I informed my broker about this. He said that it will get immediate attention. This morning I had to ask him what is going on and his PA responded that it takes 3-5 working days to be sorted. Why so long? This should have been fixed yesterday! I also send Vitality a mail Sunday evening and no response from them. I spoke to a Discovery consultant this morning who promised me that he will get this fixed. Still nothing has been done.
