Vitality member -10 years. Received a email 16th January stating that my member ship has been cancelled. Was not able to see my status on their web. Sent a email requesting a print out, received a automatic response reply email on the 17th Jan with as reference 31559990834. Received a email 23rd Jan from Barry Sundelson requesting to rate the service that I got from a Les Davids. Who the is Les? Sent mail back to Barry stating the service as "Worst; Who is Les Davids? " Received a sales call pitch from Virgin Active on the 28th. I sent another email to [Email Removed] on the 28th Jan and received another auto response with reference number 3174673554 also cc Brian. No reply as yet. Phoned Vitality call center and explained that I was in China for three weeks in September and away on leave in December. Told there is nothing they can do as I should have notified them. I did not meet the 36 visits and only have 34 credits. Been to the gym a couple of times when Virgin active systems were down. As they are not able to accommadate me, will look at cancelling, Medical aid, life insurance and credit cards.
