Referring to a previous complaint by Jae about the Vitality/Multiply switch, I have also signed up for the LIFE membership with Virgin Active.
I still feel that the issue is not with your customers but between Bankmed and Discovery. We were never informed that should the partnership between BankMed and Discovery end, that our gym membership will be nullified.
The initial fee to join was quite a lot, but the benefit of LIFE membership made it worthwhile at inception.
Now that the agreement ended, I still feel that we should be compensated for your issues affecting us. That coat should come from either Discovery or yourself... The switch to Multiply does not leave me in the same position, regardless of all the other benefits it provides - I am not interested in that.

Discovery was quite quick to send me messages to buy a product from them just to keep my Vitality status - which I feel is not in good spirit after the termination agreement.

My final issue was that you blatantly cancelled my gym contract without my consent. I only stated that I am not switching to Multiply, not cancel my gym contract.

Like Jae said, it seems its all about the money...
