No delivery and no after sales support

I ordered products from BIOVEA which I did not receive within 1-3 days from the 13th of December when the supposedly shipped via Dawn Wing Express Courier services. Since the we have been involved with senseless e-mails. They keep asking me if I received my shipment but Dawn Wing the courier appointed by BIOVEA has no record of this shipment. Communication with BIOVEA is extremely frustrating because they do not supply telephone numbers or names to communicate with them. They only reply within 12-24 hrs with the result that it is an extremely tedous process and you keep getting senseless e-mails asking you if you received your shipment. I cannot receive a shipment if Dawn Wing has no record of this shipment!
