I ordered my products (biotin and MSM) from Biovea on 31 July 2013, paid on 8 August and shortly thereafter received a email from them stating that my order has been dispatched.

After receiving some metal car part looking thing (which later turned out to actually be a package intended for my tenant) in the mail on 23 August, I immediately went online to search for other complaints in South Africa, found this website and proceeded to send an angry email to Biovea since I thought I had just been. They replied shortly thereafter ensuring me that my order was en route.

I am very pleased to report that I received my full order today (27 August 2013) from the post office with everything in tact within the 15 business days stipulated by Biovea.

However I did have to pay an extra R30 international handling fee which I did not expect as I did qualify for "free shipment". I did send Biovea an email stating that they need to make customers aware of this additional charge as it seems to be a recurring issue for South African customers.
