Dawn Wing was supposed to collect a very urgent package yesterday at my work in Midrand. A request was done for the package to be picked up before 4pm. However no one pitched up, after I was assured 4 times by the call centre! I called again and I was promised a call from the supervisor but seems that they can't even keep the small promises! I now need to use a different courier that charges more, just because of DAWN WING for NO SERVICE!! Reference number JNB1818940
