I am appalled by the service I have received from Dawn Wing. Not only have I not received any feedback on my parcel, it has not arrived at it's destination. The personnel in the Pretoria office are useless to say the least - they promised to update me on the status of my package but did not call me back. The head office telephone just rings. Nobody responds to emails.
My chances of getting into grad school are completely trashed as a result of them not delivering my transcript on time. There website says they are the best courier but from my experience, they are the worst! I paid R450 bucks with Dawn Wing and it's taken over 2 weeks and my parcel has still not been delivered! I will use DHL next time - I will never use Dawn Wing again! To with being proudly South African!
