I would just like to compliment Kay McGreer, Angelique Wessels and Jeanine Vorster.
We arranged for a deliver be made to Nelspruit and I was then informed someone else had gotten the package. I phoned Dawn Wing and was immediately assisted in trying to find out what had happened. It turned out that it was not Dawn Wing's fault and although it was not their fault (the person who received the package gave it to the wrong person), all the ladies assisted me in arranging to get the package to the correct person.
I just want to thank them for going out of their way to keep me up to date, call numerous people to find out the problem, follow up with their drivers and ensure that I was satisfied to the fullest extent with my courier Service.
Won't be changing anytime soon!
