I had applied for a Ebucks card via courier in December I was told it would take 5 working days for delivery
to my surprise round about the 15th of Jan I get a phone call that they (Dawn Wing) are trying to track my parcel. after no communication I get a delivery from Dawn wing couriers (well at least I though it was after signing the paper)
When I was told that by the person that went outside to see what the delivery guy wanted that they wanted my signature as they claim "I forgot to Sign it when I took Delivery" Still No Card and the worry of further (you would have thought there would have been much more care taken as these are couriers for a bank
