I have given an cancellation of contract No WI12857 on 09-05-2013 which was acknowledged and given me a Ref Number of 19980 But since June 2013 Planet fitness still deducting un authorized random amount from my account some time three time a month and upon query I have managed to reverse for few months but paid of a bank charges and still till today Planet fitness have R 2650 in there account which they transferred from mine with out my permission...
This is extremely un professional and against Consumer protection act. I would like to know when will they stop deducting my account??? or i will have no choice then register a case against them in consumer protection court.
Please tell me the correct person to talk to give me brief of what the is going on???
