Some time November 2013 I decided to register my child on V club. they told me that the card fee is going to be R110. so I used my credit card but unfortunately my funds we not cleared by then, so it declined. So I paid cash. Now that payment which is declined is showing as an outstanding payment. On Tuesday 17 December I call the virgin call centre and I spoke to their accounts department. I was told I will get a call back but never happened. I called again on Wednesday 18 December and I was assured I will receive a call. now to day I went to the gym and I got inconvenienced because I was my card was blocked. I have already paid for January and my account it shows that I am owing R40 while my account should be on credit. I hate being inconvenienced by all means. I really wanna leave virgin active now because of bad service. Now I wanna know if they going to refund me my R700 x 2 joining fee because I wanna leave because of the bad service. I truly hate a company which doesn't know what's it is doing... I mean why nobody hasn't fixed my account already
