Broken billing system made customer's problem

When Virgin Active don't take away useful equipment from their branches, they hire monkeys to work on their billing system.

Simply put, in June 2013 Virgin Active's billing system failed to bill my credit card like they usually do, and did again end of July 2013. Now, because they made a mistake, they want to refuse me entrance to the clubs.

I mean seriously, it is only R134 I don't mind paying, but why do I have to go out my way to phone them to authorize this again, after I authorized it in the first place when I chose this payment type, and not only that, it is a fault on their system not on my side not having enough funds, because that card is never close to it's limit.

Another reason why I know this is their billing system, according to the lady at the club this affected quite a few clients that specific month. Seriously upset with Virgin Active, do they want to annoy clients?
