My daughter was turning 18 so Virgin contacted me a month before to advise that we needed to change her membership. They advised that she would now pay R110 per month. They said they would call 2 weeks before her birthday to arrange an appointment to make the changes. I was happy with this,
They never called and when we went to the gym, my daughter's card didn't work.
We spoke to a rep who then said that we had to pay R945 joining fee, R110 for a new card and R220 per month. We disputed this and he said he would see what he could do and call me back the next day.
A month later and no call. Now my card doesn't work. They say my CC details have changed and I need to call the Call Centre to fix. Nothing has changed with my Credit Card so I will not chase people who cant do their jobs.
