On a wellness day @ work mid October 2013 a sales consultant Hershy 0792395112 from kingspark durban virgin active signed me up as a member, at that time i was not a member if Discovery health vitality, my membership only got activated 1 November 2013, she was well aware of this and said to me she will convert my membership after the 1st November 2013 which until this day has NOT been done. I made 4 calls to them where someone will call me back but nobody did, i called a virgin active Westville, Kingspark - Ronelle, and a customer service number, i am getting debited every month R550, Because of they pathetic customer service i don't want to be a member and want it cancelled immediately
