Shocking service received

My entire family is a virgin active member and the service seems to be getting worst day by day i am a member for 2years and recently i was away for work purposes so i phoned the call center and ask them to put my membership on hold for a month as i will not be around they informed me that it is not possible but they will give me a month free membership, now when i went back they will not let me in as my membership is cancelled!!! and i must pay R1000 because i am with discovery, the discovery initiation fee was paid when i joined why should i repay it!!! and the attitudes pathetic
