Mistake in Capturing my Acc number for Black Tag

During december 2012 I was contacted by staff member Robson, indicating I have outstanding amount of R119 on my Black Tag monthly subscription. I then investigated with Robson that it is impossible I have provided the correct account number details for the debit order to go off. He then called back indicating that I am correct and that Planet Fitness accounts department have not captured the account number correct. Last 2 digits was incorrect. My bank statement indicated transaction fee was charged (R7.15) (R5.00) because the debit order was unsuccessful. So in total I end up being charged R99.00 (standard) R20 (penalty) fee and the banking charges. After they corrected the Acc number I then requested they correct this by paying me back the extra banking charges penalty fee. Till this day I am still struggling with Marelize to resolve this issue with PF Head Office. I end up paying for PF mistakes! additional to that they randomly charged me on the 25/01/13 R119 & 28/01/13 R20 penalty fee again. My contract signed states debit order to be payed on the 1st of the new month. BREACH of CONTRACT! In total with Bank Charges = R277.30 incorrectly charged.
