In response to a complaint that I made about Kingspark Virgin Active's apparent failure to enforce club rules relating to parking, I was offered three free months gym membership, which I accepted. Notwithstanding this, Virgin Active proceeds to deduct membership fees from my account.
When I approached someone from the gym, she adivsed me that she would log a query with the call centre. I am yet to receive any response from anyone from the gym.
It is shocking that I am offered free gym membership and now I am required to waste my time and effort to alert them to their poor customer service.
