Good day these people did not fix this instead they keep on debitting yesterday they debited again R250.00 but they did debit another R250 on the 25/11, now onn the 13/12 but they went again. I am tired of this case now serious. I cant change my banking details because of this now. I am taking you guys to my lawyers I've waited since last OCTOBER for this to be fixed but you still continuing debiting on my account. This is such an inconvinience guys serious. You said you gonna fix this but nothing happens. NOw im gonna sue you for unauthorize debit order and emotional stress. Im giving you guys till monday 12:00 I want all my refunds to my bank account and this debit order must stop. if nothing happens 12:00 monday Im taking this further.
