Yesterday I phoned enquiring about the number of visits I have been to at the gym - Whilst my tally and discovery's tally are correct - The lady who helped me yesterday (for the life of me I cannot remember her name but it was something with a T) anyway, she was the "Admin Manager" on duty .. Since when is it ok for someone in a managerial position to put the phone down on a customer or subsequently inform a customer that "Oh well, its your word against mine, try and prove it" then I had the phone down in my ear - So much for "how can I move you" how about you show some respect to the people who pay your salary and learn some "people" skills as clearly you have none.
I find it absolutely disgusting that this behaviour is tolerated at Virgin and I hope something is done about this.
It amazes me how discovery were able to tell me exactly what it was I needed and were extremely helpful yet virgin could not have been bothered - Please train your staff correctly or employ people who want to help - It will do a lot for business!!!
