I know that at first I complained about the poor service that I received from Virgin Money, but I guess whenever I called in I was talking to incompetent people that lack people skills, but thanks to the likes of Khabimba Njungu, Evelyn De Jager and Phindile. They went over and above their expectations or their level of service agreement (i cannot say you went an extra mile because what you did for me it exceeds an extra mile), they are the reason why I will stay loyal to Virgin Money. They are everything that the advert is saying. Ladies and gent please keep up the good work and keep on shinning (you have skills). im talking about your positive attitude, your listening skills always keeping me updated about everything with regards to my car. i think most of your colleagues can learn a thing or two from you guys.
No words can express my gratitude towards the three of you. I am not going anywhere I'm here to stay, and I am busy spreading the word to my friends and colleagues that they should insured their cars with Virgin Money.
