4 months ago I relocated from the Southern Suburbs to the Northern Suburbs. all I wanted to do is
transfer my membership. I've spoken to people from JHB HEAD OFFICE, Claremont Branch and Plattekloof. 4 months down the line I am no further along I terms of resolving my issue. Headoffice has been called by me on a number of occasions; I've even told a member of their customer services team not to address me in such a rude way. Customer service called again last Wednesday because of an email that I sent. I was told that I wouod get a call on the day - its been 5 days and no call back. There has been numerous examples like this. The main compaint must be about Plattekloof and Head Office. There has been a lot of time, money and effort wasted trying to resolve this issue. They have no concept of customer service and display no customer empathy whatsoever.
